Agreement
These terms govern your use of Descriva, a Shopify app operated by [LEGAL ENTITY] (“we”, “us”) and published under the lunalink.ai brand. By installing or using Descriva you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, uninstall the app.
What Descriva is
Descriva generates product descriptions and SEO metadata for your Shopify products and lets you publish them back to your store on your approval. You retain ownership of your products, your shop, and the copy you choose to publish. Generated output is yours to use, edit, and publish — including after you stop using Descriva.
Billing
Billing is handled by Shopify under the plan you select on install or upgrade. Plan limits, trial behaviour, and pricing are described on the pricing section of this site and in your Shopify admin. Shopify processes payment and we never see or store your card details. If you cancel, you keep access for the remainder of the billing period; nothing is auto-renewed once you uninstall.
Acceptable use
Use Descriva for your own legitimate store. Don't use it to generate copy for products that violate Shopify's acceptable-use rules, to attempt to extract or copy our service, to interfere with other users, or to make abusive volumes of requests beyond your plan's stated limits. We may suspend access if Descriva is used in a way that violates these terms or harms the service.
AI output
Descriva uses AI models to generate copy. The output is a draft for you to review — you decide whether to publish. We don't guarantee any specific search-engine ranking, traffic outcome, or sales lift from using the app. You're responsible for reviewing copy for accuracy and for ensuring it complies with your local laws (advertising, claims, age restrictions, and so on).
Service availability
We aim to keep Descriva running, but the service is provided “as is” without uptime warranties. Planned maintenance and provider incidents (Shopify, our hosting provider, our AI provider) can interrupt the service. We don't accept liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.
Privacy
Our handling of data is described in the Descriva privacy policy. By using Descriva you also accept that policy.
Changes
We'll post any changes to these terms on this page and update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms; if you don't, uninstall the app.
